The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Junior Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting billing, debtors management, procurement, and invoice processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their finance career or currently studying in an accounting or finance-related field who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client and project billing accurately and on time.
- Manage aged debtors and liaise with the bank on debtor financing matters.
- Handle procurement requests for offices and clients.
- Maintain accurate data in the CMMS system.
- Process supplier and corporate overhead invoices in line with Delegation of Authority requirements.
- Assist with end-of-month journals, accruals, and internal working papers.
- Provide ad hoc finance administration support as required.
About You
- Tertiary qualification (or currently studying) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct basic analysis and assist with more complex financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to improve processes.
