Derwent Foundry has been in operation since 1840. Now trading as Derwent Industries, we have branches in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart and Auckland NZ.

We require a Customer Service Sales Assistance for our Wetherill Park Sydney operation to assist with the day to day running of the branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities include:

· Responding to customer enquiries via phone and or email

· Processing quotes, sales orders, and stock receipting

· Co-ordinating deliveries and liaising with transport providers

· Supporting the sales team with product availability, custom orders, and customer requirements

· Supporting the warehouse team with various tasks when required

· Co-ordinating the day-day activities and requirements as the arise

Requirements:

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Enjoys working and goes the extra mile when needed

· Ability to multitask and work collaboratively

· Forklift license preferred but not crucial to the role
