Your Career Opportunity :
In the position of Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for providing leadership, support and supervision to the Customer Service Team Members.
In this role you will also act as a point of contact for our customer queries and complaints and resolves these, referring complex issues to others as needed, whilst retaining oversight of each case and ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Developing and maintaining a team of customer focused employees
· Improving outcomes of customer engagements and enquiry efficiencies
· Promoting and developing sales of products & services to new and existing customers
· Providing accurate, timely and professional response and support to our customers' queries and orders
· Recognising a sales opportunity
· Undertaking customer service activities including verifying of purchase orders, entering quotes and sales orders
· Managing the development of customer solutions via working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
· Expediting orders by working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
· Proactively contacting prospective and existing customers and general customer follow up
· Completing administration tasks including reporting and records management
· Providing direction to team members, delegating, and removing obstacles
· Set's and advises clear objectives to team members
· Holds regular team meetings and one on one with own team
· Other duties as reasonably required.
About You :
We are looking for committed people that:
· Have a minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service in a fast pace high volume environment
· Have experience in Sales Force, highly desirable but not essential
· Have intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
· Can maintain effective relationships with key people and team members, recognizing and resolving conflict.
· Can influence and have ability to convince others as to the merit of an idea or proposal.
· Are adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers to support and meet shared objectives
· Demonstrate experience in prioritizing and effectively multi-tasking
· Have a passion for excellent customer service
· Have the ability to efficiently learn new products and services
· Demonstrate experience in the delivery of assigned duties in a timely manner.
