Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Position Type: Full-time permanent

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders in SAP
- Handle project orders and large key account clients
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Assist the CSM with monthly reporting
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in SAP
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints effectively
