With strong growth and increasing demand for our products, we're now looking for an enthusiastic Internal Technical Sales / Customer Service Consultant to join our friendly team based in Wetherill Park. If you're passionate about helping customers find the right technical solutions and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you


What You'll Be Doing
  • Helping customers choose the right pneumatic and process control equipment based on their needs and specifications.
  • Providing top-notch customer service over the phone, via email, and at the counter.
  • Offering technical support and advice to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
  • Preparing and processing quotes, orders, and sales documents.
  • Working closely with our external sales team, providing the support they need to deliver great results.

What You'll Bring
  • A friendly, professional phone manner and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Previous experience in internal sales or customer support (technical or industrial experience a plus).
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Great time management and the ability to stay organised when things get busy.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and ideally Attaché software (or similar).
  • A mechanical aptitude or background in pneumatics, process control, or related industries would be highly regarded.
