We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our NSW office, based in Wetherill Park. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and playing a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Your hours of work will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing customer sales orders and PO's
  • Communicating with customers regarding stock availability, shortages and delivery ETA's
  • Processing and tracking customer deliveries
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to a high level of emails
  • Processing customer & vendor invoices
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using various software and systems
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively
  • A genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded
