Allens Industrial Products is a privately owned and operated Specialist Industrial Safety Supplier.

Established for nearly 25 years and with branches & warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, Allens has a focus on service as its No.1 priority.

This is an opportunity to join our small, but highly motivated and dedicated team within our Wetherill Park, Sydney branch as part of a large national business.

**THE ROLE**

We are eager to employ a self-motivated person who demonstrates commitment and enthusiasm toward meeting customer needs.

The successful applicant is required to work within a small team environment, across a variety of customer service responsibilities.

Satisfactory numerical, grammar and computer skills are required, and previous experience with Point of Sale Software will be looked upon favourably.

Additionally providing assistance in the warehouse will be required as from time to time and in line with our existing teams dynamic, rounded approach to “making it happen” for our customers.

Key functions of the role on offer include (but are not limited to):

- Engage with colleagues and suppliers to ensure customer needs are quickly resolved, well understood and supported throughout the business
- Develop solid working relationships with key customers and provide a high level of support
- Cater for counter sales by serving customers where required
- Assist in the store from time to time as required.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**

The successful applicant will be required to:

- be self-motivated and able to work as part of a dedicated, long term team
- have positive attitude, with drive to undertake various duties within their roll
- have satisfactory numerical, grammar and computer skills
- experience as an Internal Customer Service Officer/Counter Sales representative will be beneficial but not essential.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
