About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer focused
Sales Executive
with the ability to produce positive customer, product and service outcomes. You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive sales, build loyalty and strengthen market share.

If you are a sales or account manager from a retail or product background, looking for your next challenge and enjoy meeting new customers and decision makers while you achieve sales & customer targets, we would love to meet you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Key Relationship Management
    – servicing and developing an established customer base
  • Product and Market Knowledge
    – maintaining awareness of market trends, product and pricing policies
  • Sales & Service territory management
    – selling products, identifying new potential customers and delivering on sales targets
  • Business Development
    – increasing brand awareness, including managing Trade Shows on weekends, with flexibility for time off during the week.

What you bring to the role:

We are seeking a commercially savvy sales professional with a proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing long term customer relationships.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Sales role, preferably within the Outdoors/ 4 X 4 industry or closely aligned within a similar industry
  • Results orientated with a focus on achieving and exceeding both sales and margin expectations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Genuine passion for our products and the Outdoor industry
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Current drivers licence
  • Must be willing and able to travel
  • Must be willing to work some weekends where dictated by events
