Are you ready to make your mark in tech sales? InspireX is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive who thrives on discipline and creativity - someone who can keep the engine running with rock-solid processes while also bringing flair to content and campaign execution.
This role is all about execution and growth – you'll own outbound prospecting and be the engine that fuels our sales funnel.

What You'll Do
- Execute daily outbound campaigns: email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls to secure qualified meetings.
- Build and refine prospect lists using Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ensure administrative excellence: maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach diligently, and keep pipeline data reliable for the business.
- Bring creativity to your outreach: collaborate with marketing to test campaign angles, shape compelling messaging, and help develop content that resonates.
- Nurture early-stage conversations before handing qualified opportunities to pre-sales and leadership.
- Within 3 months, you're consistently hitting outreach targets and booking a steady flow of qualified calls.
- Within 6 months, you're driving a reliable stream of opportunities into the funnel that converts into revenue.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you know how to craft outreach that gets noticed.
- A detail-oriented mindset: you take pride in data hygiene, accurate reporting, and process discipline.
- A creative streak: you're eager to experiment with campaign ideas, new messaging approaches, and content that cuts through.
- Resilient, persistent, and ambitious – you want to grow into a senior sales role (BDM/Account Exec).
