Executive Sales and Marketing Representative – Remote, Freelance | Leadership & Personal Growth Industry

Are you a results-driven sales professional who's passionate about
personal development and leadership

We're expanding our global team and looking for
Executive Sales Representatives
to promote
premium personal growth programs and live events
on a
flexible, freelance, performance-based basis

This is not your typical 9–5 role. You can work part-time or full-time (minimum 15 hours/week),
set your own schedule

earn uncapped commissions
based on results.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Manage your sales pipeline through CRM and digital tools
  • Guide clients through transformative leadership and growth programs
  • Collaborate with a supportive international sales team and share best practices


Who You Are

  • Experienced in sales, account management, or business development (consultative or high-ticket sales experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
  • Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others achieve success
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and online communication tools
  • Texas-based candidates encouraged
