Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on Newcastle's urban landscape? The City of Newcastle (CN) has a newly created permanent opportunity for a Property Transactions Advisor to help drive sustainable and profitable performance across our diverse portfolio.

As a member of our team, you won't just work for the city; you'll co-create it. As CN's Property Transactions Advisor, you will work closely with the Property Transactions Lead and the wider Property Services team to deliver high-quality land dealings. Think acquisitions and disposals to leasing and redevelopment Your work will directly influence CN's investment and community-building assets, ensuring compliance, commercial viability and strategic alignment. Through your work, you'll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.
