About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this full-time Customer Service & Sales Specialist role is based at our Hemmant, Queensland branch of Totally Workwear. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales across our extensive range of workwear and safety products.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both walk-in and external customers
  • Advising clients on the most appropriate workwear and safety products for their needs
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and merchandising
  • Assisting with stock management and reporting
  • Contributing to the achievement of the branch's sales targets

  • Proven customer service and sales experience, ideally within the workwear or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to recommend suitable solutions
  • A passion for achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
