THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role is providing recruitment support across several sites within the business.  You must be able to work effectively in a small team environment with changing requirements and swift delivery timeframes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advertising vacancies and managing applications
  • Recruitment of trades persons, machine operators and transport personnel
  • Carrying out thorough face to face interviewing and background checks
  • Liaising with site management and mobilisation team
  • Preparing employment offers/contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • A sound knowledge of heavy earthmoving machinery
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work unsupervised and work within a team with others
