Silver Chain has an exciting opportunity for a **Client Service Co-ordinator** to join our teams within the **Maddington and Peel**service centres**on a permanent **full time** basis. The working hours are 7am - 3pm.

The Client Service Co-ordinator will provide education for the client and their family and share commentary on client care trends and develop interventions that will fill gaps and maximise or replicate quality outcomes. As an integral member of this team this role also provides support to the Community Care Manager.

This role comes with a **mandatory salary packaged** vehicle. All applicants must ensure they are willing to have this as part of their role.

- Demonstrated flexible approach to care delivery to facilitate positive and safe outcomes for client carers and Silver Chain staff.
- Well-developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships and facilitate employee communications.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable to facilitate effective employee communications and demonstrate and assess skills and competence.
