Role: Service Configuration Analyst - (APS6 Level)

Length of contract:
12 months

Contract extensions:
24 months extension (two extensions of twelve months each)

Security clearance:
Baseline security clearance

Essential Criteria:


• ITIL Certification.


• Minimum 5 years' experience in configuration management within a medium/large organisation ICT environment.


• Proven experience utilising Service Now.


• Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across business and technology teams. Your strategic IT resourcing partner


• Extensive understanding, and ability in applying recognised industry toolsets and frameworks associated with configuration management.


• Ability to implement new procedures and processes to improve efficiencies.

Desirable Criteria:


• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present to executives.


• A strong commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and a passion for configuration management.


• Experience with working with governance, risk and compliance systems and tools.
