**Responsibilities**
- Perform the role of Configuration Manager including discovering, and managing, relationships between IT assets.
- Updating the Configuration Management Plan and Business Services Mapping.
- Development of a Configuration Management Policy, Process and Procedure.
- Facilitate and manage audits of the CMDB as planned in the Audit Schedule to ensure accuracy.
- Champion Configuration Management and CMDB standards.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- ITIL4 Practitioner qualifications.
- Extensive experience working with ServiceNow - CMDB.
- Experience, qualifications, and sound understanding of CMDB.
- Experience, qualifications, and sound understanding of IT Service Management.
