Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a team member with strong attention to detail, an ability to multi-task and has a mind for problem solving. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers, so a customer centric approach is key
This graduate level position is perfect for someone with junior level experience who has a strong desire to grow in the Logistics and Supply Chain field. If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative space and gain exposure to how a growing, ASX listed business runs In this role you'll be responsible for: Liaising with multiple third-party logistics providers on day-to-day operational issues Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to problem solve and resolve issues Reconcile invoices and manage escalations with delivery partners and warehousing teams Arranging deliveries for our VIP B2B customers Performing administrative tasks to ensure the operation is running smoothly Assisting the Customer Care team with escalated issues Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses Looking for new and better ways of working to enable a highly efficient operation To be successful in this role, you should be: University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar) Internship or work experience within Logistics or Supply Chain will be highly regarded An exceptional multitasker and problem solver - a love of Tetris will go far here Highly analytical and ready to delve into data Tech-savvy and ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency Have excellent interpersonal skills Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
