As a Facilities Coordinator within our ISPT Portfolio, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth, safe and sustainable operation of some of Australia's most respected properties.
You'll be surrounded by experienced leaders, strong systems, and a collaborative culture that values growth, wellbeing and excellence.
What you'll do
- Support the delivery of daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular site inspections for compliance, safety, presentation and ESG outcomes
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers to deliver seamless, high-quality service
- Manage work orders, quotations and documentation in line with CBRE standards
- Keep emergency plans current and testing schedules up to date
- Assist with activations, signage and leasing setups to enhance the customer experience
- Partner with CBRE and ISPT teams to drive continual improvement across your sites
What you'll bring
- Experience or keen interest in facilities, property, or building services
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer experience
- Sound computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Logical, detail-driven and proactive problem-solving skills
- Awareness of safety and sustainability (ESG) practices
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (or working towards one) highly regarded
