About The Role
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-quality property and facilities management goods and services. You'll champion social procurement outcomes, engage diverse suppliers, and contribute to year-on-year cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review procurement plans and strategies aligned with WoAG policies
- Source and manage services, materials, and goods tailored to each entity
- Lead transition activities for procured services
- Drive cost savings through innovation and process improvements
- Maintain detailed procurement records and pipelines
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage and manage contractors, ensuring performance and compliance
- Promote Indigenous and diverse supplier engagement
- Ensure sustainable and ethical procurement practices
- Represent C&W in bid responses and social procurement forums
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in building services
- Proven contractor management and performance monitoring skills
- Strong financial acumen and cost reduction achievements
- Experience promoting supplier diversity and social enterprise engagement
- Proficiency in eTendering platforms (e.g., Tenderlink), MS Office, and reporting tools like PowerBI
- Familiarity with Rapid Global, JDE, Converga is a plus
