• Lead the accurate and timely processing of supplier payments in line with HCP/ guidelines and compliance standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior Accounts Payable Partners.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, escalations, and supplier queries with professionalism and care.
• Support audit preparation and maintain clear, compliant financial records.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate across Finance, Care, and Operations to deliver seamless service outcomes.

You'll play a vital part in shaping how Trilogy Care manages financial excellence while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation that values people and progress.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations and ensure payment accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Manage complex queries and supplier escalations.
• Maintain reporting on invoices, processing performance, and compliance trends.
• Contribute to system optimisation projects and process automation.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems, invoice portals, and Excel (ERP experience highly regarded).
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members.
• Understanding of Home Care Package/Support at Home (HCP/) financial compliance (desirable).
• A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
