You'll join a team that drives operational outcomes, collaborates across partners, and supports leaders in delivering efficient and effective credit solutions.
As our Senior Recoveries Performance Officer, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It's meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
(Fixed-term position, position can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office)
Day-to-day, you will:

- Evaluate data and operational trends to inform strategy, enhance recovery outcomes, and support team capability building
- Lead process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Deliver engaging presentations to senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to communicate performance insights, strategic updates, and operational recommendations
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Proven experience in credit management, including high-volume, low-value transactions, and a solid understanding of credit processes, relevant legislation, and legal recovery procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support teams through strategic initiatives focused on process improvement and performance optimisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights using tools like Excel, Tableau and SQL
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Strong vendor management, including monitoring SLAs, ensuring compliance, and driving performance
- High-level problem-solving capability, with a track record of leading internal improvement projects and managing stakeholder relationships
If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
With a career at Transurban, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- A range of flexible working and leave options, including the option to purchase an additional six weeks of leave each year
- 16 weeks paid parental leave (regardless of gender or carer status), with no waiting period, with Superannuation paid during unpaid leave as well
- Learning and development opportunities to support your career interests
- Health and wellbeing support-access to Headspace and our EAP program, wellness facilities, and more
- Share offers and insurance benefits
- Social activities, community give-back programs and paid volunteer days
