About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for scheduling, communication, and coordination across our service operations. Reporting into the Service Manager, you'll manage daily workflows, support technicians in the field, and ensure that every job runs efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Scheduling: Plan and coordinate service tasks, field work, and repairs to optimise productivity.
- Customer Connection: Build strong relationships with customers via phone & email providing timely updates and support.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Parts Coordination: Organise and track parts required for jobs, ensuring availability, timely delivery and accuracy of consumption & billing.
- Software Management: Utilise job scheduling software to manage tasks and monitor progress (MYOB EXO ERP, Time Trak).
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Service billing/invoicing

- Experience: Previous experience with job scheduling software and service coordination.

Selection Criteria
You will need to tick the list below to be successful in this role:
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating service technicians in the electrical and mechanical field for both internal and external jobs in order of importance, for smooth day to day, and weekly operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Citizen or permanent resident of Australian
- Driver's license (Class C- car)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Service Coordination: 2 years (Required)
- ERP or Scheduling Software: 2 years (Preferred)
