**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Administrator / Coordinator to join on a casual basis to assist our National Team to service our clients across Australia.

This pivotal role assists with the coordination of technicians to provide mechanical services to our clients. It is a fast-paced and dynamic role with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop in our growing business

**The hours will be offered on a casual ongoing basis, 15-30 hours per week. (Monday to Friday)**

**Springvale Office Location.**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with customer requests for servicing, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works
- Customer quotes, ordering parts and labour planning
- Coordinate the daily schedules for the national team of Field Technicians
- Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately.
- Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request
- Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance

**About You**:
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Experience in a customer focused, administration role.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and problem solving skills
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and technicians
- Basic understanding of mechanical, engineering, automotive or similar industry.
