
Product Manager

As the Product Manager - Kids Footwear, you'll lead the end-to-end strategy and development of our Kids and Back-to-School collections. From setting seasonal direction and managing factory relationships to mentoring a product team and collaborating across departments, you'll play a key role in shaping ranges that are trend-led, commercially successful, and aligned with our brand vision. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and delivering compelling product stories that resonate with our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be leading a small, talented product development team as you drive the creation and execution of seasonal collections.
- Build seasonal ranges that balance innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver cohesive collections
- Engage with offshore suppliers to manage development timelines, cost negotiations, and quality
- Present collections to internal retail businesses and wholesale sales team
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to pre-production
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Developer - ideally in kids footwear
- Proven experience working with offshore factories and leading a team
- Strong understanding of technical footwear development, trend analysis, and costing
- Creative, collaborative and commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and able to create accurate technical specs
- Highly organised, deadline-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
