The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer for a 6-12 month contract to join our expert team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that align with business goals. This role is a key part of a digital transformation project focused on optimizing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Development & Customization: Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.
  • Integration & Data Management: Integrate the CRM with other enterprise applications and manage data migration and cleansing processes.
  • Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement optimization practices.
  • User Support & Documentation: Provide user support and training on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of CRM solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with other platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also highly valued.
  • Proficiency in CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
  • Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.
  • Experience with data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Relevant CRM certifications are highly desirable.
