What You'll Be Doing

  • Mapping customer interactions across business units
  • Analysing sales pipeline processes and forecasting
  • Supporting campaign and marketing management
  • Mapping customer communications
  • Creating a single customer view across multiple BUs
  • Reviewing and uplifting customer service processes
  • Tracking customer experience and sentiment
  • Evaluating CRM components across systems: Wastedge, Sugar, Kynection, Wingmate
  • Recommending phased CRM uplift options

Who we're looking for:
A Business Analyst with strong experience in
CRM projects
, especially in environments with
multiple systems and touchpoints
. You're analytical, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
