Your Team
Enterprise Delivery team is part of CFS's Transformation, Technology and Operations business unit which is accountable for project delivery across the organisation. The Program Manager of the Retirement Program, reports to the Director of Delivery. The role leads a program of work which includes several product development, digital engagement and retention initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Prioritisation and management of program of initiatives to ensure smoothed across the year, fully resourced and delivered within agreed timelines and budget.
- Ownership and management of program level reporting forum (PSG and EDF).
- Documentation of program materials (financials, status, risks, issues and change control requests) for Program Steering Group.
- First point of escalation for project managers and/or solution delivery managers.
- Working with project managers and/or solution delivery managers to ensure appropriate project governance is established for initiatives and conduct regular review of project status, financials, risks and issues with project managers, assisting where needed to resolve or escalate issues.
- Manage change control process for program (funding requests, change requests etc) to ensure program remains within agreed business plan (scope, timings, budget).
- Quarterly and yearly planning for program.
- Initial Discovery of new initiatives kicking off within program.
Your Capability and Experience
- Sound knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches
- Experience in delivering projects that involve product development and vendor selection and onboarding.
- Expert in Business Project/Program Management end-to-end (not just IT delivery)
- Exposure to working in large and complex environments, including IT business dependencies
- Proven track record managing programs of work and experiences in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders up to executive levels
- Experience in the Wealth Management is ideal, otherwise Financial Services industry experience is mandatory
