Are you an experienced Program Manager ready to lead a complex, high-profile technology initiative? This is your opportunity to drive success across a time-critical program that uplifts enterprise test environments and integrates multiple application and infrastructure streams across a large-scale organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end leadership of a multi-stream program, ensuring successful outcomes across applications and infrastructure delivery
  • Oversee Project Managers and delivery leads, driving alignment across streams and ensuring governance is in place
  • Manage schedules, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, and program-level communications to keep delivery on track
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, Program Directors, technology leaders, and external vendors
  • Ensure risks, issues, and decisions are proactively managed and communicated at the program level
  • Maintain program stability in a complex environment while enabling agility and innovation

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives
  • Strong background in program governance and managing concurrent delivery streams
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
  • Skilled in risk management, executive reporting, and cross-stream communication
  • Experience across application integration, test environment management, and infrastructure uplift
  • Background in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
