Job Summary:
This role supports the execution of marketing and event activities across the APAC region. The Events & Marketing Coordinator will assist in setting up webinars, uploading leads, coordinating logistics for events, and supporting campaign execution. You will embark on an exciting journey to support our marketing team. You will engage in diverse marketing activities, gaining exposure to various facets of our marketing operations, and contributing to projects that drive our organization's growth.

This is hands on role ideal for someone in their early marketing career who is detailed oriented and organized. This role is an exceptional opportunity to build foundational skills in marketing while supporting essential functions.

We offer hybrid working and this role is based in our Macquarie office.
Responsibilities:
Event & Webinar Support

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of webinars and virtual events using platforms like On24.
  • Support logistics for in-person events including venue booking, catering, AV coordination, and merchandise.
  • Manage event registration lists and attendee communications.
  • Help prepare event materials such as name tags, signage, and presentation decks.
  • Support in pre-event briefings with key stakeholders pre-events.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of timely marketing materials.
  • Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and schedules.

Marketing Execution

  • Upload and manage leads into CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Support email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Assist in social media scheduling and content creation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Reporting & Administration

  • Track and report on event attendance and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain marketing event calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and internal processes.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Desirable

  • Experience with webinar platforms (On24 or GoToWebinar).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic design or copywriting skills for social media and email.
  • Experience in event management platforms, such as Cvent.
