About the Role

We are looking for a marketing & events coordinator to join our team to assist in the flawless executions of our marketing, events and partnership activities. Reporting to the Events and Partnership Executive this role will play a key role in the operations of our external marketing, partnership and student recruitment activities. This will be a perfect role someone who has a little bit of experience and looking to broaden their skills.

What's involved?

  • Supporting the management of marketing and partnership events to ensure a smooth delivery, maximising lead generation and student experience
  • Working with our partnership agencies to ensure deliveries of agreements are met.
  • Coordinating and preparing any specific collateral, branding and marketing materials, including artworks, copy, merchandise, resourcing and equipment.
  • Supporting the marketing and events administration process, including developing strategies, agendas, runs sheets, bump in schedules and reporting.
  • Coordinating and briefing student and staff resources to support the onsite execution of partnership, marketing and student recruitment events.
  • Manage event logistics, including set up ensuring they meet the marketing requirements, teardown and onsite delivery (where possible)

Are you who we are looking for?

You will know this role is for you if you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Superior communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to easily build rapport with people from various background
  • A love of working towards deadlines and managing multiple projects at the same time
  • A Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
