Join our team as a Fashion and Events Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand and events. We're looking for a talented individual who can blend their love for fashion with exceptional organizational skills to deliver outstanding events that leave a lasting impression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Execution**: Coordinate all aspects of fashion-related events, including fashion shows, product launches, and promotional events. From conceptualization to execution, you'll be responsible for ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain relationships with designers, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event outcomes.
- **Fashion Coordination**: Stay ahead of fashion trends and collaborate with designers to curate captivating collections for events. Coordinate fittings, rehearsals, and other fashion-related activities to ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.
- **Promotion and Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events, including social media campaigns, press releases, and influencer partnerships, to maximize attendance and engagement.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to inform future event planning efforts.
