We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, and executing a variety of events that support our brand, engage our audience, and drive business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify, manage, and prioritise ShiftCare’s events pipeline across Australia, the US, and Canada.
- Set ambitious event goals, define KPIs, and measure success to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
- Be the driving force behind the logistics, ensuring every detail is handled to create smooth, impactful events.
- Lead the planning and execution of ShiftCare’s quarterly customer events in Australia.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align event strategies with our big-picture goals.
- Partner with the North American sales team to manage their event pipeline, with semi-regular early morning meetings (6/7am Sydney time).
- Roll up your sleeves at local events, managing everything from setup to breakdown, ensuring a flawless experience.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of proven success in event management, with a track record of creating and executing high-quality, memorable events.
- Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a bonus
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and work with international teams.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
