We're looking for a creative, organised, and switched-on Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand to life. If you're all about great content, love social media, and want to grow your career fast in a high-energy team, this could be your shot.

You'll work with our Marketing Executive and wider marketing crew to plan and roll out campaigns, manage content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, and support projects across email, events, and branding. From research and reporting to creating content people actually want to watch, you'll get to be hands-on with everything.

What You'll Do:

Socials & Content

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Manage posting calendars and keep our tone and visuals consistent
  • Jump into the comments and DMs to help grow our online community
  • Use social SEO (captions, hashtags, titles) to get content seen
  • Track and report results using Meta, TikTok, and Google Analytics

Campaigns & Projects

  • Help plan and deliver digital, email, and print campaigns
  • Create marketing material and social ads
  • Work with the marketing team to keep assets on track
  • Help with marketing events, webinars, and other brand activations
  • Do market and competitor research to shape future campaigns
  • Keep our marketing database and content library organised
  • Support the team with admin and project coordination when needed

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, social media or a similar role
  • You're passionate about property, finance, and lifestyle and know how to turn those topics into engaging content
  • A good understanding of social platforms and what performs well on each
  • Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and video editors like CapCut
  • Strong written communication and an eye for visuals and detail
  • Organised, proactive, and good at juggling multiple things at once
  • A creative thinker who's always up for trying new ideas
