**About You**

If you're a recent marketing graduate or a marketing coordinator looking to make a fresh start in 2025, then read on.

You've got some digital marketing experience via an internship or an existing role, preferably with marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot) or Google Analytics experience, but you're now looking for something more challenging and engaging. A marketing agency is the best place to get that kind of experience.

**About Us**

We’re different from other agencies.

We’re a boutique B2B marketing agency working exclusively with large tech companies. We hire marketers in the early stages of their careers and teach them how to be the best marketers they can be.

In return, we’ll mentor and train you on all aspects of B2B marketing. You’ll start with the basics - data management, campaign and event support, marketing system setups, admin and reporting. As you build your knowledge and show us what you’re capable of, we’ll give you more responsibility along with the opportunity to specialise and follow your passion. We reward results and try to have fun while we’re doing it.

The starting salary is $65k, plus super and additional annual leave at Christmas. We work two days in the office in South Melbourne, and you can choose to work from home or the office the other three days.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
