Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Silverwater, NSW, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

The Senior Account Manager will take ownership of key customer portfolios, driving commercial growth while ensuring seamless project delivery. This role involves managing the full customer lifecycle, from project scoping and pricing to production and launch, in close collaboration with internal teams across R&D, QA, Procurement, and Operations.

Day-to-day, you'll build strong client partnerships, lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines and pricing, and identify new business opportunities that support both Tismor's growth and our clients' success.

Salary: $130,000 + super (based on experience)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Account Management or Project Management within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or contract manufacturing
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Must be able to work on-site in Silverwater, NSW
