Compliance Officer
who's hungry to grow, ready to roll up their sleeves, and passionate about making RTOs shine.

This is boots-on-the-ground compliance. You'll be out there in Melbourne (and sometimes interstate), face-to-face with RTOs, helping them stay compliant, audit-ready, and future-proof for the
2025 Standards reform
.

What You'll Be Doing (your impact)

  • Supporting RTOs with compliance, documentation & day-to-day operations.
  • Auditing, validating, and making sure they're
    audit-ready
    every time.
  • Preparing and reviewing TAS, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Training and mentoring RTO staff — sharing your knowledge.
  • Walking RTOs through ASQA audits, rectifications, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (no fluff)

You've got 2–3 years in RTO compliance/admin/support.

You know your way around the Standards for RTOs (2015 → National Code 2018.

You're confident, detail-oriented, and communicate like a pro.

You're up for travel (mostly Melbourne, sometimes interstate).

You're not just looking for a job — you want growth, leadership, and a chance to stand out.

Bonus points if you hold TAE40116/TAE40122 or business/compliance quals.
