As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day operations at our Chirnside Parkstore.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service delivery.

· Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.

· Recruit, train, roster, and manage store staff to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company policies.

· Monitor sales performance, prepare daily and weekly reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

· Maintain strong product knowledge and lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

· Oversee stock ordering, wastage control, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient store operations.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and workplace regulations.

· Support marketing and promotional activities as directed by head office to maximise store traffic and customer engagement.

About You

You are a motivated and organised professional with a passion for food service and a strong understanding of retail operations. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in leading by example.

The following is required to be successful in this position:

· At least one (1) year of full-time experience in a similar role within food retail or hospitality.

· An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in business, retail, hospitality, or a related field; or at least three (3) years of relevant full-time work experience as a substitute.

· Proven ability to manage staff, resolve operational challenges, and meet sales targets.

· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Sound understanding of food safety and WHS practices.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
