Essendon CARCO is changing the game in the preowned vehicle market, and we're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our fast-paced, customer-focused sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of Essendon CARCO, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with professionalism and energy.

  • Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Provide product demonstrations and test drives
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams
  • Accurately complete all sales documentation and compliance processes
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with stock availability
  • Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are presented to a high standard

What You Bring to the Team

  • Previous Vehicle Sales Experience is Essential, Pre-Owned preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service
  • High energy, self-motivated and target driven
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Current Driver's Licence is Essential
