We have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team and become the face of our company's customer interactions.

In this role, you will be integral to our mission of maintaining high standards of quality and exceeding customer expectations. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with a diverse range of customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Process Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to product information, order inquiries, pricing, and delivery questions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Compose Correspondence: Provide clear, timely, and precise responses to all customer communications.
  • Overseeing Managing Customer Orders: to ensure prompt and effective handling of requests.
  • Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Process Orders: Manage order processing and work with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery. Review and enter all customer orders into the system.
  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers and the Internal Logistics Department to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Adapt to Change: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing needs and priorities.

To be considered for this role:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • English language skills, bilingual or native speaker level of proficiency well regarded.
  • Information technology competency including Excel and word.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with a team
