About the role
We are looking for an engaged and inspiring Customer Experience Specialist to join our Brisbane DFO team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You'll assist customers in finding their perfect pieces while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment. With a focus on sales and inventory management, you'll manage high-volume stock, ensuring products are well-organised and readily available. Your attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction will help elevate the brand and drive success in every interaction.
This role is a casual position offering approximately 20-25 hours per week - you will need weekend availability and for at least 2 full days during the week.

- Energising operations: With your enthusiasm, manage day-to-day store tasks, including stock organization, customer service, and sales, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Driving visual excellence: Work alongside the team to ensure the store is always visually appealing, executing merchandising strategies and product displays to attract customers.
- Strategising and collaborating: Partner with the management team to develop and implement strategies focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, sales, and store performance.
What you'll bring to Oroton
- A proven track record of working as part of a retail team, hitting the bulls-eye on KPIs, and smashing store targets.
- High attention to detail and proven clienteling experience.
