DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist in Adelaide.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will liaise with internal and external customers to provide outstanding service through timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Establish strong service relationships with customers
- Provide customers with service information including sourcing rates and other DSV Services
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
- Enter data into in-house computer system and produce data/reports as required
- Ensures all quotations are created in EDI and client rates are managed for autorating Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date in system

**About You**:

- Experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Proficient verbal & written communication skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications
