This is a 6-month contract position until the end of March 2026
What you'll contribute to
As an IT Finance Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the finance lead and manage monthly financial reporting and contract renewals within the Digital Services Business Unit in order to ensure the business unit remains compliant with company processes and governance.
How you'll make an impact
- Implements agreed financial processes and procedures consistent with set policies in
order to achieve financial objectives - Assists in the development of processes and procedures for finance in order to ensure business unit stays within budget and variance targets
- Supports budgets goals for projects and assists in the monitoring of expenses against
budgets to ensure management can understand and control any significant costs. - Assists with the provision of advice and guidance to stakeholders on policies and
procedures to ensure that they have the required resources, information and support to provide a compliant work environment - Maintains reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely
information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities - Provides specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers in order to
secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. Supports ongoing
supplier management - Monitors own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and
statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities.
Required Skills
- Degree Qualification in Finance or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years accumulative experience in a similar position.
- Experience in book-keeping and/or finance admin related roles.
- Industry experience in IT or Digital space would be highly beneficial and preferred.
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Extensive experience utilising Excel and other reporting tools.
- Experience tracking or maintaining registers of contracts and licences (preferred).
