What you'll contribute to
Step into a pivotal role as a
Senior IT Finance Analyst
, where your expertise will drive the financial performance and strategic governance of IT operations within Toyota's Information Systems Division You'll lead the charge in shaping robust financial processes, ensuring commercial excellence, and aligning IT finance with broader business goals.
This is a
permanent full-time role based at Port Melbourne.
How you'll make an impact
- Champion the development and implementation of best-practice IT finance and commercial systems, ensuring alignment with internal policies and service excellence.
- Provide strategic advice to managers on IT financial governance, helping shape policies that meet legal and organisational standards.
- Lead compliance efforts, including coordination of IT SOX activities in partnership with Internal Audit.
- Collaborate across teams to understand evolving business needs and deliver financially sound, compliant IT solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics, recommend countermeasures, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyse financial data and deliver insightful reports and presentations to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Procurement to track sourcing activities and manage associated risks through timely information sharing.
Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you
- Degree-qualified in accounting or equivalent experience.
- CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and commercial governance, with a strong ability to navigate complex environments and support strategic decision-making.
- Proven success in managing financial operations within complex, multi-technology environments
- Strong grasp of budgeting, transaction processing, and reporting frameworks-SAP experience desirable.
