Join our award-winning Finance team where you will be supporting and working alongside talented professionals in a collaborative environment. This role is a unique opportunity to further develop your skills and experience in Finance, with plenty of room to grow and progress within the team.
Your role will include:
- Coordination of the Australia Working Capital activities and initiatives, including billing and credit control.
- Assist the Finance Director and FP&A Manager with business planning activities including, preparation, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting.
- Ad-hoc or bespoke financial analysis and reporting as required, ensuring alignment with Enterprise platform and data security policies.
- Support the Finance Director and leadership team with the coordination of key meetings, workshops, team events, travel and preparing expense claims.
- Support the wider Finance team in ensuring the completion of Health, Safety & Wellbeing leadership activities.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve finance content on the intranet.
- Create and maintain finance SharePoint and folder structure.
- Organising the onboarding and induction programmes for new Finance employees; assisting in the recruitment process.

As well as experience in a similar role:
- Currently working towards or hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
- Prior relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised.
- Superb organisational and time management skills.
- Strong system/ ERP skills.
- Stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft products including SharePoint.
