What you'll contribute to

As a Sales & Finance Reporting & Analytics Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for contributing to National Sales administration for dealer payments, analysis, maintaining and implementing policies, plans and objectives that strengthen Sales Operational Support activities and align to the overall profitability of the company.

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage inbox items engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure a timely

    response. Develop tracking, reporting systems and analyse results to drive kaizen

    activity.
  • Implements and reviews agreed National Sales systems, processes and procedures

    consistent with set policies in order to achieve National Sales objectives.
  • Governance of key National Sales policies such as Vehicle Sales Policy and Fleet Master Pricing Agreement. Ensure compliance and robust processes are implemented.
  • Updates and maintains reporting systems in order to provide the business with

    accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting

    activities.
  • Monitors and analyses performance against targets for own area and recommends

    countermeasures where required in order to ensure that agreed objectives can be

    achieved.
  • Monitors own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and

    statutory requirements in order to minimise the companies risk exposure and liabilities.

Required Skills

  • Degree Qualification in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years' accumulative experience.
  • Extensive experience with MS Excel & SAP.
  • Experience automating tasks utilising Excel.
  • Extensive experience in reporting and analytics.
  • Experience presenting insights and reports to senior stakeholders.
