, where your expertise in financial operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement will help drive excellence across dealer fund management and internal governance.
This is more than just a finance role - you'll be at the centre of Lexus' financial and compliance operations, supporting budgeting, audits, and reporting processes that underpin strategic decision-making. How you'll make an impact
- Lead dealer fund management, ensuring accurate processing of financial statements and oversight of co-fund allocations.
- Coordinate SOX compliance activities, including internal audits and reporting to ensure governance and transparency.
- Support the implementation and testing of a new finance system, improving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs for audit processes and financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting cycles and forecasting activities, providing insights to the Lexus Management team.
- Maintain and update reporting systems to support planning and performance tracking.
- Contribute to supplier selection and ongoing vendor management to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Ensure Lexus taxation matters, including FBT reporting, are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Marketing to align financial operations with business objectives.
Your attributes
You're detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in navigating complex financial and compliance environments You bring:
- 5+ years' experience in finance, compliance, or forecasting roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially in managing dealer relationships.
- Experience in accounting firms or in-house finance teams with business acumen.
- Proficiency in
Excel
and familiarity with
SAP, SAP HANA, and Stripe
(preferred). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- A consultative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- A degree qualification or equivalent experience in finance or related fields.
