Chef de Partie Role

Portarlington Golf Club is looking to appoint an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Working in this busy kitchen you will prepare, cook and serve a range a different meals for lunch & dinner for our busy bistro & bar.  This will include function work as required.

Your role is to work with the executive and sous chefs to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly. You will ensure a high standard of meal consistency and quality.

About you:

The successful applicant will be an experienced chef who has:

  • great attention to detail.
  • the ability to be a team player.
  • a good understanding of food safety/hygiene procedures.
  • the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • enthusiasm to learn.
  • a willingness to follow instructions.
  • importantly a passion for food.
