Movida Group Melbourne is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at chef hatted restaurant Movida located in the CBD.

About the Role: As a Chef de Partie at Movida Aqui, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, working alongside passionate and experienced chefs dedicated to delivering culinary excellence. From preparing and cooking dishes to ensuring impeccable presentation, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Quality control
  • Maintaining a section in high paced environment
  • Deliver excellent food
  • Cooking and plating up food consistency according to the recipes
  • Assist with ordering food from suppliers
  • Assist with training staff

We have a full time position available at MoVida. We are open sevendays a week, so weekend work may be required. We do however ensure that our team has two consecutive days off each week.
