The Role Must be experienced on the Grill and competent with all things protein. Boning, probing, resting, seasoning and tasting tasting tasting. Work shoulder to shoulder with fantastic people and creative direction within arms reach meaning direct access and collaborative conversation around all things edible.

About Us

Pony is your local go-to on Beatty Ave. Our menu is ingredient-led and seasonally driven, with dishes that let produce do the talking. We're run by hands-on owner-operators and backed by a small team who care about doing things well — with plenty of personality along the way.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen as we head into a busy spring/summer. You'll be confident on the grill, eager to upskill, and comfortable working across a menu that celebrates provenance and creativity in equal measure.

  • Competent and confident on the grill
  • Curious about ingredients and excited to learn
  • Professional, adaptable, and consistent under pressure
  • Weekend availability essential
