Job description:

HEAD CHEF – Mexican restaurant, Geelong

The Opportunity We're hunting for a creative, no-nonsense Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our restaurant. Mostly nights with some days if necessary. We are open to talking to a full timer or someone that wants even 30 hours a week as a casual or part-time. We can discuss after you apply.

What You'll Do

  • Orders and Rosters (simple system already setup)
  • Training, cost control, control waste.
  • Liaise with local suppliers
  • What You Need
  • Experience in a Head Chef role or similar senior role.
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • References that confirm you can hold a line and still smile.
